Flooding: have you been
'WERMED'?!?!

Did you know that 5 minutes could save you ££ thousands in future damages??

Over the last few weeks approximately 100 homes in the area have had a Mitigation Survey carried out by WERM* on behalf of Thames Water, with a view to TW taking action to prevent future flooding.

However, despite the huge extent of the flooding, TW says it has only received about 100 complaints, so only that number of homes are being visited. As Thames Water customers, we need to ensure they know the full extent of the problem, so -

MAKE SURE YOUR HOME IS INCLUDED! Here's how:

1. Request Mitigation Survey from Thames Water** due to June 27th 09 and 2007 flooding (if applicable).
   
2. Request a Flood Survey form from them, complete and return (reply paid envelope provided).
3. Complete Maida Flood Action Survey as well that way, if your Thames Water form is lost, there is still a record.
   

Meanwhile, MFA continues to work with the support of local MP's, councillors and London Assembly on behalf of all of us who were flooded.
